Andrey Yeremenko, Ph.D, is responsible for valuation activities of the company, one of the fouders & director of the company, professional skilled valuator, he holds a Senior Fellow position at the department of Management, Accounting and Entrepreneurship in the Institute of Advertising. His qualification level is approved by personal certificates of World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Switzerland and Centre for Trade Policy and Law, Ottawa, Canada, and also by personal certificates of State Property Fund of Ukraine (CМК №86 & MF №1067 dated 15.05.2004, MF №6885 dated 16.05.2009), State Committee of Ukraine for Land Resources (МК №00607 dated 23.05.2009)and International Institute of Business. Among his achievements are 11 scientific works with the total number of printed pages 4.9, two chapters being parts of monographs. Besides he made reports at international scientific conferences and has professional publications in business press.

Pavel Datsenko is in charge of legal services of the company, he is a managing partner & one of the fouders of the company, lawyer, he is also a member of Ukrainian public organization “Association of Lawyers of Ukraine", who has a lot of experience in international law, including corporate law, settlement of disputes, and court practice.

Company’s patent activities are supervised by Elena Kiyashko, patent agent of Ukraine, court expert at the Kyiv science and research institute of court expertise, independent appraiser (CМК №384 dated 01.03.2008), a member of Ukrainian public organization “Association of Valuation Experts", a lecturer at National Professional Qualifications School at the International Institute of Business and Institute of Intellectual Property.

Company’s strategy is aimed at expansion of its activity in the area of consulting, and at joining specialized domestic and international associations.
